Information about the processing of the personal data (art. 13 Italian law nr. 196/2003)
Stratos DMC in its capacity of holder of the processing of your personal data, as indicated in the Italian law nr. 196 of 30 June 2003 (“Code concerning the protection of personal data”), here after called “Privacy code”, with this message inform you that the above mentioned law foreseen the protection of the persons and other subjects with regards to the processing of your personal data; this protection will be characterized to the principles of honesty, lawfulness, openness and protection of your discretion and your rights. Your personal data will be processed according to the dispositions of the above mentioned law and the duties of discretion there foreseen.
