VESPA WORLD DAYS

The hotels have given to the organizers some SPECIAL RATES, reserved to the participants to the event ( for journeys prior, during or after the gathering) . The special  rates will be granted only  for the reservations made filling the form available at the end of this section, that must be sended to Stratos DMC together with the payement.

Double Room: Euro 50,00

Single room supplement: Euro 20,00

Reduction for the 3rd bed: adult: 20%; child 3 – 11 years: 50%.

Child 0-2 years free

3*stars Hotel

Double Room: Euro 45,00

Single room supplement: Euro 15,00

Reduction for the 3rd bed: Adult 20%; Child 3 – 11 years: 50%

Child 0-2 years free

All the rates are per person per night including breakfast

CANCELLATION FEES

Any cancellation must be addressed to the organizer Secretery by e-mail: hotel@vespaworld2008.com or by fax: +39 (0) 91 6262529; the following cancellation fees will be applied:

Till March 23: no fee

From March 24 to April 7: 40%

From April 8 to April 17: 70%

From April 18: 100%

All the bank fees for the refunds are to be charged to the partecipant.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The hotels reserved for this event lie in the territories of the municipalities of Bagheria, Campofelice di Roccella, Caronia Marina, Castelbuono, Cefalù, Finale di Pollina, Santo Stefano di Camastra, Trabia. To the participants is not allowed to indicate accomodation  preferences in one specific hotel or place, but they will be accomodated in the available hotels, giving the precedence to the hotels nearer to Cefalù : We will do all the possible to accomodate the members of a same Vespa Club in an unique hotel, but we cannot grant that  it will be  ever possible. The quantity of available rooms with a special rate could  not satisfy all the requests, therefore the organizer, after receiving the booking request, will confirm it by e-mail; after this confirmation the client will proceede to the payment. In case of  unavailability of accomodations in the requested hotel category, the organizer will propose some alternative accomodati

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

After the confirmation of the reservation by the organizers, a bank remittance is needed to the following bank address:

Description of Payment: Hotel Reservation Vespa Club ……… or Mr/Mrs.................

A copy of the bank remittance must be sended within 24 hours: possibly by e-mail at: hotel@vespaworld2008.com or by fax: +39 (0) 91 6262529.

In case of a missing or late payment the reservation request will be invalidated. All the bank expenses for the payments by bank remittance are to be charged to the requester.

As soon as we receive the payment we will send you an e-mail containing a voucher with all the details of the hotel to be handled to the reserved hotel
