REGULATION

Art. 1

Stratos DMC Palermo in cooperation with the Southern Area of Vespa Club Italia and the Vespa Clubs of Sicily, organizes the “Vespa World Days” in Cefalù and surroundings, from 24 to 27 April 2008, with the support of the Regione Sicilia Tourism  Councillorship, the Province of Palermo, the Municipality of Cefalù, the Municipality of Palermo, the Vespa World Club and the Vespa Club Italia.

Art. 2

All Vespa Club members may participate filling an application form directly from the web site and paying the admission fee. Only the Piaggio vehicles are authorized to attend to this event; the maximum number of participants admitted will be 2.500.

Art. 3

The admission fee to attend this event is Euro 55,00 per person including: official program, farewell lunch, parade, kit, gadgets and 2 packet lunches.

Art. 4

All the vehicles must be ensured. All the participants are obliged to follow the regulations of the event, especially the road code and to follow the instructions of the local staff and the police. Participants will be directly responsible of all damages of any structure or thing at their disposal. The organizers will refuse any penal or civil responsibility for any occurred accident to the participants or caused by them to other ones during and after the event.

Registrating to the event, every participant will integrally accept this regulation, declining Stratos DMC, Vespa Clubs Sicily, Vespa World Club, Vespa Club Italia for any indirect responsibility.

Art. 5

Organizers reserve the right, if necessary, to introduce some amendments to the program.

Art. 6

The entries should arrive from 29th January for foreign Vespa Clubs and from 5th February for Italian Vespa Clubs, and they will be closed with the achievement of 2.500 participants.

Art. 7

In the registration, we require Vespa Club and person in charge data and the names of the participants; every Vespa member will indicate:

• Name

• Surname

• Arrival date

• Departure date

Afterwards, Vespa Clubs can do the payment by a bank remittance and send, within 24 hours, a copy of the payment preferably by e-mail to the following address: iscrizioni@vespaworld2008.com, or by fax +39 (0) 91 6262529. All the bank remittance expenses will be charged to the Vespa Club. In case of a missing or late payment the admission requests will be cancelled.

Art. 8

At the end of the registration you will receive a message on line confirming the admission at the event or the inclusion in the waiting list in case your application form has exceeded the limit of 2.500 available admissions. You will receive the definite confirmation of the admission after we have received the payment.

Art. 9

No registration at the Secretary will be accepted. No entry fee will be refunded.

Art. 10

On arrival at Vespa Village Secretary every participant will confirm his presence, receive the kit and all the useful informations.

Art. 11

Every participant will take his badge to attend the several events. This will be handed only if the application form will be sent on time.
